3. Booking Terms and Policies
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- Sedans/SUVs: Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within 2 hours are subject to full charges.
- Stretch Limousines, Vans, Mini Buses, and Coaches: A non-refundable $300 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations for sprinter vans must be made at least 48 hours before the pick-up time.
- Cancellations for buses and coaches must be made at least 72 hours before the pick-up time.
3.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to show up at the scheduled pick-up time will result in full charges, with no refunds issued.
4. Vehicle Use and Passenger Conduct
4.1 Smoking and Substance Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Alcohol or controlled substances are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.2 Maximum Capacity
Passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
4.3 Behavior Expectations
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully.
- The chauffeur has the right to terminate the service without a refund in cases of misconduct or illegal activities.
4.4 Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged in the event of excessive mess or vomiting.
5. Airport Pick-Up Terms
- Airport Meet & Greet: GTS provides baggage meet services. An additional $12.00 will be charged to receive the client’s baggage as a meet/greet fee.
- Wait Time: There will be a 40-minute grace wait time for local pick-ups, and a 60-minute grace wait time for international pick-ups, free of charge. After the grace period, hourly rates may apply, and the wait time will be calculated and charged per minute.
- Additional Fees: Additional airport fees, including parking, will be charged for all pick-ups from the airport.
- Tolls/Parking: Customers agree to pay tolls, parking fees, and other related charges per occurrence.
- No-Show Prevention: To avoid a no-show and full charge, customers are encouraged to call 703-399-0014 to locate the driver 15 minutes after landing.
6. SMS Terms and Conditions
6.1 Description of Service
GTS Limo provides SMS notifications for service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional content. By subscribing, you agree to receive such messages at the mobile number provided.
6.2 Messaging Frequency
